Senior Pastors
Richard and Darlene Marcello were called to Tallahassee from Mexico where they established ten vibrant churches. They now lead LifePoint in understanding the Kingdom of God and equipping the body for revival. Richard wears the mantles of apostle and prophet and believes the church in Tallahassee is awakening to the Father’s heart for wholeness and purity. Darlene is an encourager who helps others walk in fulfillment and victory.

Administrative Pastor
Craig Moran and wife Tona have served as the hub of the LifePoint wheel. Craig enjoys discovering a person’s passion and finding them ways to flourish in their gifts. Joy flows as he guides them to “become who they are” in God’s family. Craig and Tona have been married four decades and have two daughters.
Youth Pastor
Phillip Johnson is a teacher who is passionate about empowering young people to become devoted Christ-followers empowered by the Holy Spirit. He met the Lord at age 11 and has pursued Him passionately ever since. He attended Lifestyle Christianity University.
College & Career Leader
Courtney Allen has been at LifePoint since she was 18-years-old. She is a daughter and servant of the house — a true blessing to all who know her. She leads Light & Life College/Career Ministry. She always says, “This place is family,” and she will welcome you to the family!

Children’s Ministry Leaders
Kyle and Elizabeth Del Vecchio oversee the nursery and K-12 program at LifePoint Church. Their desire is to teach children God’s word and help them hear His voice so they live continually in His presence. They are parents to five children.
Worship Leader
Sydney Pollock, a pre-school teacher by profession, is a gifted worshipper who brings others into the Lord’s presence with focus on Him alone. She and husband Austin serve faithfully at LifePoint.
Leadership Team
Mark and Sara Rummel serve on LifePoint’s Leadership Team. Mark is a prison chaplain who leads many to Christ, and he also facilitates LifePoint’s School of Kingdom Ministry. Sara is a postwoman. They are parents of two girls and a boy.

Steve and Kathy Palmer serve on LifePoint’s Leadership Team. Over the years they have worked with teams to launch ministries for children, in-depth prayer, recovery, and leadership training. They love to see people serving in their gifts to expand the Kingdom of God. They have two married children.
Finance Committee
Ron VunKannon chairs LifePoint’s Finance Committee. He shares the love of Christ through hospitality and intercession. He and wife Sharon love encouraging the rising generations and are known as Papa Ron and Mama Sharon.

Eliot Rosenberg lends his expertise as a financial consultant to LifePoint’s finance team, bringing wise counsel and guidance. He and wife Cathy are joy-bringers who enjoy travel. They have two married daughters.

Scott Sapp is a worshipper with the gifts of helps and encouragement who also serves on the Finance Committee, praying in the Lord’s wisdom for LifePoint. His wife Ginny is a leader, intercessor and teacher in the body of Christ.
